Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (Pakistan) We currently ship to all major cities and regions across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, and other areas.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Major cities: 2-4 business days
- Other areas: 4-7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability and your location.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.
Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available across Pakistan. Payment must be made in Pakistani Rupees to the courier at the time of delivery.
Delivery Issues Please inspect your package upon delivery. If items are damaged or missing, contact us immediately at hussnainsharifms@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
International Shipping We currently do not offer international shipping.
